Terms of service

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays within Egypt.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.

ATHR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that are reported missing or damaged, that we reasonably believe to have been delivered. 

You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon order confirmation.

A signature will be required at the time of delivery for orders of 500 LE and above.

Generally, items featured on our website are available for sale and ready to ship. In the unusual situation in which one item is available for sale and two customers place it in their shopping bag at the same time, one customer may receive an out of stock message at checkout.
